Most bad driveway jobs come from one thing: someone waving a pressure wand back and forth. It leaves arcs and stripes more obvious than the dirt was. We use commercial surface cleaners — a rotating bar under a housing that holds consistent distance and overlap across the whole slab — then detail edges, corners and expansion joints by hand afterward. We clean concrete driveways and aprons, sidewalks and walkways, pavers and brick, pool decks and cool decking, patios and lanais, garage floors and retaining walls.
Algae, mildew, general traffic film, leaf and tannin staining and most rust will come out. Fresh oil usually comes out with degreaser and dwell time. Old petroleum that has soaked into porous concrete may not fully release, and paint or acid etching won't. We tell you which category your stain falls into during the estimate, not after the invoice. Pavers can also have joint sand replaced and be sealed as a separate service — worth asking about while we're on site.
